Supply terms
SiteSamagri supplies construction materials within the configured Hyderabad service area. Adding a material to a basket does not reserve stock or lock its price.
Quotations
Your formal quotation identifies materials, quantities, rates, transport, applicable tax information, validity, required advance and balance. Expired quotations require refreshed pricing. The accepted quotation is the commercial reference for an order.
Minimum material order: ₹5,000.00
Standard quotation validity: 24 hours. The exact expiry time is recorded on each quotation.
Payment and delivery
No cash on delivery.
The calculation basis and balance terms await business approval. New payment collection stays disabled until ratified.
Steel orders: 20% advance, with actual-weight reconciliation.
Mixed steel and non-steel orders require an MD-approved combined quotation before payment.
Non-steel advance requirements

Above ₹1,00,000, only an explicit MD approval can reduce the non-steel advance to 20%.
Any authorized exception and remaining balance are recorded on the quotation. Payment does not promise immediate dispatch; our team confirms availability and schedule.
Variable-weight materials
Final dispatch weighment may differ from estimated quantity. Adjustments and evidence must be documented, with any balance shown before collection.
Commercial policies
Cancellation, returns, refunds and tax invoicing depend on the approved legal entity, material condition and written quotation. Owner-approved final policies and support contacts are required before accepting commercial orders.
