Privacy information

SiteSamagri uses contact details, delivery sites and material requirements to prepare quotes, coordinate orders and respond to your requests. A submitted mobile number is not proof of account ownership.

Your records

Confirmed email/password sign-in protects private quotations, sites, payment records and orders. A service-contact mobile entered during signup is not used as a sign-in identity. Authorised staff receive access only for their assigned work.

Your files

File attachments stay disabled until private storage and safety scanning are ready. When enabled, requirement files are stored privately, checked before staff access and opened through short-lived links. Files are not automatically forwarded to WhatsApp.

Local storage

This browser remembers your material list, language and secure sign-in session. Minimal campaign information may accompany your enquiry. Marketing permission is optional and separate from service follow-up.

Payments

When online payment is enabled, payment details are entered into the configured gateway. SiteSamagri stores transaction references and verified status, not card credentials.

Privacy requests

Contact our team to request access, correction or marketing opt-out. The business privacy contact, legal entity and retention policy must be confirmed before commercial launch.
